Neutral is one formed music group on year month of November 1992. Early videoklip's emergence at TV's station that time (MTV is at that moment Indonesia still is part of Antv) of song at first album, "Wa... ", This music group calling to carry Rock's flow alternative.
While is formed, Neutral just consisting of three persons, which is:
* Nicely Dhanar Dhana (Nicely) - Vokalis and Bassis
* Gabriel Bimo Sulaksono (Bimo) - Drummer
* Ricy Dayandani (Miten) - Guitarist
The Upstairs is formed on 5th October 2001 at Jakarta by Jimi Multhazam (vokalis) and kubil Idris (guitarist). This a brass band is affected musikal of band gets new wave's flows as A Flock Of Seagulls, Devo, Depeche is Mode, until Joy Division. Next several months, drummer is Metalcore's band named Beni Adhiantoro foses with The Upstairs. Fortunately to the whole lot is artistry Institute college student Jakarta. Early 2002 The Upstairs Merilis EP gets title "Antahberantah" in cassette and CD format and solds 300 pieces at short notice. The Upstairs also arrange parade at Jakarta, Bandung and Jogjakarta
